What we’ve got so far:

• Approved for a lease at a cozy spot in Pilsen.

• A crew of baristas, tradespeople, and artists ready to swing hammers, run plumbing, and build out a kitchen with our own hands.

• Solidarity connections with other co-ops in Chicago to keep this movement growing.

What we need:

• We’re raising $20,000 to cover:

• Essential kitchen equipment (refrigerators, griddle, toaster).

• Carpentry + plumbing for the bar buildout.

• Startup costs to open our doors wide and with confidence.

We’re not taking money from corporate investors who’d water down our vision. This cafe will only exist because you - our neighbors, allies, and fellow weirdos - believe in building something better.
